Why onboarding is important in D2C apps
Café Cal's onboarding was the most honest of the four I compared and the only one that converted nobody. How a competitor teardown and the subscription-app research turned 8 questions into a 20-step flow with a plan worth paying for. Today around 10,000 people use the app across iOS and Android.
Building the operating system for fitness coaches
Solo-built B2B SaaS: a coach portal, native iOS and Android client apps, and an AI coaching layer. Three platforms, ~150k lines, three months. Pre-seed-ready in May 2026.

Designing Intel's virtual demo
The Intel Virtual Demo Zone: a browser-based 3D city where 40+ startups show their robots, sensors and inspection rigs inside the buildings they were made for. Built at XR Labs with a team of 12, launched at Intel Innovate 2022.
