Five projects.
Each one walks through a real decision. You'll see what was on the table, what got cut, and where the numbers landed after.
High time you changed your design workflow
The design workflow I built at Runara: a design system that lives in a repo, a Figma file Claude Code can read and write, and a review agent that lets the whole team contribute to the system without waiting on me. What changed since the redline years, what the AI gets wrong, and where I still make every call.
Why onboarding is important in D2C apps
Café Cal's onboarding was the most honest of the four I compared and the only one that converted nobody. How a competitor teardown and the subscription-app research turned 8 questions into a 20-step flow with a plan worth paying for. Today around 10,000 people use the app across iOS and Android.
Building the operating system for fitness coaches
Solo-built B2B SaaS: a coach portal, native iOS and Android client apps, and an AI coaching layer. Three platforms, ~150k lines, three months. Pre-seed-ready in May 2026.
Making anomaly detection less painful
An AI assist for data teams catching inconsistencies in collaborative spreadsheets. Built with Ranga over 3 months.
Designing intuitive in-cab displays
Redesigning John Deere's tractor interface to reduce cognitive load for farmers. NASA TLX validated 41% reduction in mental demand. Partnership with John Deere UX team, 6 weeks, team of 5.
